フォームとその用途について
フォームによって、情報を収集して他のチームや関係者から作業を取り込めます。さまざまなタイプのフォームを作成して、関係者から異なるタイプの作業を受け取れます。
フォームは次の用途に使用できます。
Help people outside your immediate team send work to your team.
ご利用の組織内の他のチームと関係者から適切な情報を収集します。
チームの作業に関するフィードバックやアイデアを収集する。
You can create as many forms as you like for your project.
フォーム応答を見る
When someone submit a response to a form, their response will automatically create a work item in the same project where the form lives. The following labels will be added to each work item:
FormForm-<unique-form-id>
If the user submitting the form doesn’t have permission to create work within your project, the project lead becomes the creator instead.
作業のタイプを選ぶ
When you create a form, you need to select which type of work item will be created in your project when a form is submitted (for example, Task).
Each work type includes different form field options, depending on the information you want to collect. You will be able to select any work type from within your project, except for subtasks.
Your project will only show other work types if you have more than one for your project.
