キーボードショートカットの使用

キーボード ショートカットは、編集、移動をすばやく行って、キーボードから指を離さずに操作を実行できる便利な方法です。

一部のキーボード ショートカットには、追加の権限やアプリケーションが必要です。これらのショートカットは、ユーザー アカウントの権限をどう設定しているか、どのようなアプリケーションがインストールされているかによって異なります。サードパーティ製アプリのキーボード ショートカットは、Jira と統合されない場合があります。可能な操作については、各アプリのサポート ドキュメントをご確認ください。

キーボードショートカットの表示

[キーボード ショートカット] ダイアログ ボックスを開くには、次のいずれかの方法を使用できます。

• Select Help  then Keyboard shortcuts.

• Press the ? on your keyboard from any page (Shift + / ).

The keyboard shortcuts dialog shows commands for the operating system and browser that you're using. The dialog is divided into sections for the following information:

• Global shortcuts — shortcuts that can be used in any part of Jira.

• Navigating work items — shortcuts for navigating through work items.

• Work item actions — shortcuts for working with work items.

• App-specific — any shortcuts that are specific to an application and won’t work anywhere else.

Keyboard shortcuts in team-managed spaces

In team-managed software spaces, the keyboard shortcut dialog is divided into the following sections:

• Essentials — common and frequently used shortcuts that can be used when you’re in a space, on a board, in the backlog, or using filters or a dashboard.

• Board and backlog — shortcuts that can be used on the board or backlog.

• Navigate spaces — shortcuts that can be used to switch views in a space.

• Navigate work items — shortcuts that make it easier to find and browse work items.

• Work item actions — shortcuts for working with work items.

Update work items with your keyboard

Work items support a limited set of keyboard shortcuts for editing and updating work items:

• Press O to open the selected work item

• Press A to assign the work item to someone

• Press I to assign a work item to yourself

• Press M to quickly add a comment)

You can also navigate the work item with keyboard shortcuts:

• Press J to go down

• Press K to go up

• Press N to go to the next column

• Press P to go to the previous column

キーボード ショートカットをオフにする

If you'd prefer to turn keyboard shortcuts off, you can do so via the keyboard shortcuts dialog:

1. Select Help  then Keyboard shortcuts.

2. Switch off Keyboard shortcuts are enabled.

修飾キー

キーボード ショートカットのいくつかは、修飾キーと「アクション」キー 1 つを同時に押す必要があります。修飾キーはオペレーティング システムと Web ブラウザーの組み合わせによって異なります。

The following identifies the modifier keys for some supported web browsers and operating systems:

Chrome

• Windows: Alt + Shift

• macOS: Ctrl + Alt/Option

• Linux / Solaris: Alt + Shift

Firefox

• Windows: Alt + Shift

• macOS: Ctrl

• Linux / Solaris: Alt + Shift

In Firefox, it’s possible to customize 'modifier key shortcuts'. See Mozilla's documentation for more information.

Safari

• Windows: Ctrl

• macOS:Ctrl + Alt/Option

Internet Explorer

• Windows: Alt

Typing a 'modifier key shortcut' that leads to a link requires you to press Enter to complete the action.
