Move multiple work items
You need to have the relevant space permissions to move work items.
Jira サイト上では、作業項目を他のスペースに一括で移動できます。これによって、スペースのワークスペースを整理し、すべての作業項目が担当のチームに関連付けられた状態を保持することができます。
Move multiple work items from the backlog
You can only move multiple work items from the backlog if you’re in a software space.
To move multiple work items from the backlog:
Select multiple work items from the backlog. You can either:
use the work item checkboxes
Ctrl (Windows) または Command (Mac) を押しながら、複数の作業項目を選択します。
Shift キーを押しながら、連続する作業項目のグループを選択します。
Select More actions (•••) on one of the selected work items, then select Bulk change.
[作業項目の移動] > [次へ] の順に選択します。
Select a destination space and work type, and select Next.
この移動に必要なフィールドの値を選択し、可能であれば、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定します。[次へ] を選択します。
変更を確認して [確認] > [承認] の順に選択します。

ボードから複数の作業項目を移動できるのは、ソフトウェア スペースに参加している場合のみです。
ボードから複数の作業項目を移動するには、次の手順を実行します。
Select multiple work items from the board. You can either:

[すべての作業] ビューを使用して複数の作業項目を移動するには、次の手順を実行します。
Adjust the search criteria to show the appropriate list of work items.
Select More actions (), then select Bulk change work items.
Select the work items you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.

Select a destination space and work type, and select Next.

複数の作業項目を移動する際の留意事項
Select destination spaces and work types
The work items in your destination space might have different settings than your source space, even if they are named the same. If work types use different workflows, you may lose data when bulk moving work items. So, you need to map the status and fields while selecting the destination space and work types. Your target space and work type will determine the additional steps that will be needed to migrate status and fields. If your work items have subtasks, then you will need to move the subtasks to the destination space as well.
ステータスのマッピング
The work type workflow in your destination space might use different statuses than the work type workflow in the source space. It is best to check with your source and destination space owner to know more about the space' workflow. Multiple workflows can be active simultaneously, and some statuses that are associated with a collection of work items may not be valid in the target workflow.
After selecting the destination space and work types for bulk move, you can map the statuses from your source space to the right statuses in your new workflow by selecting the status your work items should be in after the move.
ステータスをマッピングする際は、作業項目を類似したステータス カテゴリにマッピングするか、次のタスクの割り当てを待っているチームに割り当てることをおすすめします。
Work with your space owners to understand what statuses mappings make the most sense before completing your bulk move operation.
フィールドの更新
The destination space’s work types may have different field settings than the source space. You can either update the field’s value or retain the field’s current value.
ステータスをマッピングした後、必須フィールドの値を更新できます。表示されている各フィールドに対し、移動する作業項目に表示する値を更新するか、[保持] を選択してフィールドの値を変更せずに残します。
[保持] を選択している場合は、フィールドを同じカスタム フィールド タイプにして同名にする必要があります。Jira でフィールドの値が表示されない場合がありますが、値はバックグラウンドで保存されます。
