前提条件
Copilot 用の Jira Cloud プラグインを Teams にインストールする前に、次が必要です。
Copilot for Microsoft 365 のライセンス。
Extensions enabled by default in all Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed tenants.
Jira Cloud インスタンスにサインインするための Atlassian アカウント。
Microsoft Copilot を Teams にインストールする
Teams の左側の垂直ツールバーから [ アプリ ] を選択します。
アプリの検索バーに「 Copilot for M365 」と入力します。
[ 追加 ] を選択し、プロンプトに従ってインストールを完了します。
Jira Cloud プラグインを Copilot にインストールする
Teams の左側の垂直ツールバーから [Copilot ] を選択します。
検索バーに「Jira Cloud plugin」と入力します。
Jira Cloud プラグインを見つけて [追加] を選択します。
プロンプトに従ってインストールを完了します。
プラグイン ポップアップの [Jira Cloud] の横にあるトグルをオンにします。
Jira Cloud プラグインを使用する
明確で分かりやすい言葉のプロンプトを使用して、Copilot にタスクの実行を指示します。
プロンプトは次のことに役立ちます。

Teams の Copilot のトラブルシューティング
Copilot を使用して Jira チケットに関する情報を検索するのに支援が必要な場合は、次の手順に従います。
サインイン: Microsoft Teams で Jira Cloud アプリにサインインしていることを確認します。
プラグインの有効化: Copilot プラグインのポップアップで Jira Cloud のトグルがオンになっていることを確認します。
権限: 表示しようとしている Jira ボードへのアクセス権があることを確認します。
上記のいずれの手順も動作しない場合は、次の追加手順に従います。
Jira Cloud アプリからサインアウトしてアンインストールします。
Teams からサインアウトして閉じます。
Teams を再度開いてサインインします。
Jira Cloud アプリを再インストールしてサインインします。
Copilot プラグインのポップアップで Jira Cloud のトグルをオンにします。
