Create work items on the timeline
This page is for software spaces
To check whether you’re in a software or business space, select More actions (•••) next to the space name in either the header or the sidebar. At the bottom of the menu that opens, your space details will be shown.

タイムライン ビューでは、スペースのボードを作業項目ソースとして使用します。スペースで作業項目を作成すると、タイムラインに自動で追加されます。タイムラインでも新しい作業項目を直接作成できます。
親作業項目を作成する
ソフトウェア スペースで、作業項目列の下部にある [エピックを作成] を選択します。ビジネス スペースで、[作成] を選択します。
Give your work item a name.
Select the work type you’d like to create from the dropdown (if your space has more than one work type). All work types associated with your space will be included, except those that require a parent.
return キー (Mac) または Enter キー (Windows) を押して確定します。
The default parent work type in Jira is Epic, which is what we use in this documentation. However, this is a dynamic value based on how your administrator configures the parent work item type. For example, if your space uses feature as the parent work type, you’ll see Create Feature.
タイムラインに作業項目を挿入する
タイムライン上の 2 つの既存の作業項目間に作業項目を直接配置する場合は、それらの間にある線にカーソルを合わせて表示される青い [+] を選択します。
タイムラインで子作業アイテムを管理
作業項目には、個別に割り当てて追跡できる子作業項目を含められます。関連するサブタスクを含むタスクがある場合、そのタスクは親作業項目と見なされ、サブタスクは子作業項目と見なされます。
Create a child work item
タイムライン ビューから子作業項目を作成するには、次の手順に従います。
親作業項目にカーソルを合わせて [+] を選択し、子作業項目を作成します。
Enter a summary of what needs to be done.
return キー (Mac) または Enter キー (Windows) を押して確定します。
子作業項目の親を変更する
タイムラインでは、子作業項目を新しい親作業項目の下にドラッグ & ドロップすることで親作業項目を変更できます。
親を変更するもう 1 つの方法は、子作業項目を開いてから、親の作業項目キーの横にある、左上の作業タイプ アイコンを選択することです。
