新しいスペースを作成する

Jira アプリには、チームのニーズやワークフローに合うように作成された多種多様なスペース テンプレートが付属しています。たとえば、スクラムやカンバンの手法に最適化されたスペース、もしくはマーケティング、法務、人事またはその他のビジネス チームのシンプルでわかりやすいタスクを追跡するために最適化されたスペースを作成できます。

スペースを作成するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Select Space, then Create space in the navigation.

2. スペース テンプレートでは、テンプレートはユースケース ベースのカテゴリのライブラリにグループ化されます。[アプリ] では、テンプレートは Jira Cloud アプリごとにグループ化されます。カテゴリまたはアプリを選択します。

3. 使用可能なテンプレートの詳細を確認して、テンプレートを選択してください。

4. テンプレートの詳細を表示して、[Use template (テンプレートを使用する)] を選択します。

5. 企業管理対象またはチーム管理対象を選択します。チーム管理対象スペースの詳細をご確認ください。

6. Give your space a name. You can change your service space template by selecting Change template.

7. [作成] を選択します。

We automatically generate a space key when the space is created. Whoever created the space is set as the space owner by default.

これらの詳細を変更するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. スペースのサイドバーから、[スペース設定] を選択します。

2. 詳細を選択します。

We remember which template you choose and use that as the default whenever you create a space.

別のスペースと設定を共有するスペースを作成する

Spaces that share configuration share:

• 作業タイプ

• ワークフロー

• 画面

• フィールド

• 権限

• 通知

If a change is made to one of the spaces' configurations, that change affects all the spaces that share that configuration. You'll be notified if a setting is shared.

To create a space with a shared configuration:

1. Select Space, then Create space in the navigation.

2. スペース テンプレートでは、テンプレートは一連のユース ケース ベースのカテゴリにグループ化されます。[アプリ] では、テンプレートは Jira Cloud アプリごとにグループ化されます。カテゴリまたはアプリを選択します。

3. 使用可能なテンプレートの詳細を確認して、テンプレートを選択してください。

4. テンプレートの詳細を表示して、[Use template (テンプレートを使用する)] を選択します。

5. Choose: Company-managed.

6. Give your space a name.

7. Tick the Share settings with an existing space checkbox.

8. Use the Choose space dropdown to select the space from which you want your new space to share its configuration.

9. [作成] を選択します。
