ボードの見積もりと作業の追跡の仕組みを設定します。

When configuring a board, you can set whether work items are estimated in story points, time estimate work items, and how progress is tracked throughout your sprint. This process differs for company-managed and team-managed projects.

企業管理対象プロジェクトのプロジェクト見積もりを設定するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Next to your board’s name in the sidebar, select more actions (•••), then Board settings.

2. 左側のメニューから [見積もり] を選択します。

3. 必要に応じて見積もり設定を調整します。

   1. Use the Estimation method dropdown to change how work items are estimated on your board.

   2. ボードにおける進捗を別の方法で追跡する場合は、[タイム トラッキング] を有効にします。通常、チームでは 2 つの異なる方法で作業を見積もって進捗を追跡します。

      1. [なし] を選択すると、[Estimation method (見積もり方法)] で定義した内容に基づいて進捗が追跡されます。

      2. Selecting Remaining estimate and time spent tracks progress by subtracting the value from the Time spent field from the original estimate. Learn more about logging time to work items.

チーム管理対象プロジェクトのプロジェクト見積もりを設定するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Navigate to your relevant team-managed project.

2. サイドバーに表示されるプロジェクト名の横で [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、次に [プロジェクト設定] を選択します。

3. Select Features on the left menu, and turn on Estimation.

4. [ストーリー ポイント] と [時間] のどちらを使用するかを選択します。
