When you run a search, you may want to triage the entire list of work items, or you may be looking for just one. Either way, you can change the way work items look in search results and modify the work items that appear.

The list view shows your search results as a list of work items. This view is easiest to scan and is best when you only need to know a few details about each work item.
In the list view, you can log work, update the status, attach files, comment, move, clone, delete and perform other actions on individual work items from search results in a project, without opening them.

The detail view shows your search results as a list of work items, with the right panel showing the details of the currently selected work item. This view is best when you need more information about the individual work items, or you want to quickly edit work items as you go (via inline edit for certain fields). In the list view, you can log work, update the status, attach files, comment, move, clone, delete and perform other actions on individual work items from search results in a project, without opening them.
検索結果のビューを変更するには、次の手順に従います。
Use the List view and Detail view icons on the top-right to switch between different views for your search results from Search work items.
Select List view or Detail view to change the way your search results look in a project.
並び順の変更
If you’re in the list view, you can click the column name to sort your work items. If you select the same column name more than once, the sort order will switch between ascending and descending.
注意:
[画像] 列またはサブタスク集計列 ("∑" で始まるすべての列) で並べ替えを行うことはできません。
If you sort the search results for an advanced search, an ORDER BY clause is added/updated to your JQL query to reflect the order of work items in your search results.
If you’re in detail view, select Order by to sort your work items in ascending or descending order.
フィールドを列として設定する
自身や特定のフィルター用に、異なる列設定を作成できます。
This action is only available in list view. If you’re in detail view, you have to first switch to list view.
Jira には、次のような列設定があります。
ユーザー既定値: これは、検索結果用の既定の列設定です。
フィルタ: これは、フィルタについての検索結果を表示している場合に有効になります。これはユーザーの既定設定を上書きします。

The number of fields you can configure as columns is 500. We recommend that you only add the most important ones to your view. If you want see more than 500 fields as columns, you can export your work items.

列を移動する
You can also move a column once you've added a field as a column:
Hover your cursor over the field (column) header.
[More actions] () を選択します。
Select Move column to first position to move it to the first column after the Work column.
Select Move column to left to move it one position to the left.
Select Move column to right to move it one position to the right.
Select Move column to last position to move it to the end.
列が見つからない場合、以下の制限のいずれかに該当している可能性があります。
You can only see columns for work item fields that haven't been hidden and that you have permission to see.
Some custom fields, even if selected, don't appear in the All work view for all work items. For example, project-specific custom fields will be shown only if the filter has been restricted to the relevant project. Work type custom fields will only appear if the filter has been restricted to the relevant work type.
リスト ビューで列のサイズを変更する
To resize columns in the list view, go to the work item navigator by selecting All work in the project navigation. Alternatively, select Filters in the main navigation, then select Search work items.
From the list view, drag the right border of a column to resize it. Alternatively, select the More actions () menu on a table header, then select Resize column.
フィルター固有の列順を定義する
保存されたフィルターで列の順序を定義できます。これにより、フィルター結果は保存された列順に従って表示されます。これを設定しない場合、結果は自身の列順の設定 (設定済みの場合) またはシステムのデフォルトに従って表示されます。
購読しているフィルターで、指定した列順で情報を表示するには、ユーザー プロファイルの [送信メール形式]で HTML を選択します。。Jira からテキスト形式のメールを受け取っている場合は、設定した列の順序で表示できるようにはなりません。
保存済みのフィルターに列レイアウトを追加する方法:

Select the filter's name to display the results. Be sure you are viewing the filter in the List view, so you see the columns.
Configure the column order as desired. Your changes are saved and will be displayed the next time you view this filter.

Select Configure columns, then Restore defaults.
Export column-ordered work items
When using a filter, select Export work items to export the fields within the filter in different formats. For instance, when the results of a saved filter are exported to Excel, the column order and choice of columns are those that were saved with the filter. Even if a user has configured a personal column order for the results on the screen, the saved configuration is used for the Excel export. To export using your own configuration, save a copy of the filter along with your configuration, and then export the results to Excel.
When not using a filter, select Export work items to export your default fields in different formats.
