Change the work type for multiple work items

複数の作業項目の作業タイプを一度に変更できます。

バックログから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更する

バックログから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Select multiple work items from the backlog. You can either:

   1. use the work item checkboxes

   2. Ctrl (Windows) または Command (Mac) を押しながら、複数の作業項目を選択します。

   3. Shift キーを押しながら、連続する作業項目のグループを選択します。

2. Select More actions (•••) on one of the selected work items, then select Bulk change.

3. [作業項目の移動] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

4. Select the same destination space, choose a new work type, and select Next.

5. この移動に必要なフィールドの値を選択し、可能であれば、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定します。[次へ] を選択します。

6. 変更を確認して [確認] > [承認] の順に選択します。

ボードから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更する

ボードから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Select multiple work items from the board. You can either:

   1. Ctrl (Windows) または Command (Mac) を押しながら、複数の作業項目を選択します。

   2. Shift キーを押しながら、連続する作業項目のグループを選択します。

2. 選択した作業項目の 1 つを右クリックまたは [その他のアクション ] (•••) > [一括変更] の順に選択します。

3. [作業項目の移動] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

4. Select the same destination space, choose a new work type, and select Next.

5. この移動に必要なフィールドの値を選択し、可能であれば、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定します。[次へ] を選択します。

6. 変更を確認して [確認] > [承認] の順に選択します。

作業項目ナビゲーターから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更する

[すべての作業] ビューから複数の作業項目の作業タイプを変更するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. スペース ナビゲーションから、[すべての作業] を選択します。

2. Adjust the search criteria to show the appropriate list of work items.

3. Select More actions (•••) and choose Bulk change work items.

4. Select the work items you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.

5. [作業項目の移動] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

6. Select the same destination space, choose a new work type, and select Next.

7. この移動に必要なフィールドの値を選択し、可能であれば、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定します。[次へ] を選択します。

8. 変更を確認して [確認] を選択します。
