Available custom fields for team-managed spaces

There are a few different types of fields you can customize to capture different types of information on your team-managed space's work types. More about fields in team-managed spaces

チーム管理対象スペースのフィールドは、スペース自体に含まれます。つまり、あるチーム管理対象スペースで作成したフィールドは、別のチーム管理対象スペースや企業管理対象スペースとは共有できません。

チーム管理対象スペースでは、最大 50 個のカスタム フィールドを作成できます。

チェックボックス フィールド

Checkbox fields allow people to select multiple options from a list. In company-managed spaces, these are called "select list (multiple choices)" or "multi-select" fields. Checkbox fields help with data entry by reducing entry errors that could appear in free-form text fields, for example. They also increase correct completions by limiting the options a person has to complete the field.

チェックボックス フィールドには最大 55 個のオプションを追加できます。

日付フィールド

Date fields allow people to provide date information using a calendar selection. In company-managed spaces, these are called "date picker" fields. People can also complete the field by typing dates into the field.

ドロップダウン フィールド

Dropdown fields allow people to select a single option from a list. In company-managed spaces, these are called "select list (single choice)" or "single-select" fields. Dropdown fields help with data entry by reducing entry errors that could appear in free-form text fields, for example. They also increase correct completions by limiting the options a person has to complete the field.

"ラベル" フィールド

"ラベル" フィールドでは、自由形式のテキストで入力された再使用可能なテキスト スニペットで作業項目をタグ付けできます。入力時のエラーを減らすために、Jira によって既存のラベルが入力候補として表示されます。"ラベル" フィールドに直接入力して、新しいラベルを作成することもできます。ラベルは、スペースの規模が大きくなるにつれて、その利便性を増していきます。ボード上の作業項目の並べ替えやフィルタリングだけでなく、レポートにも使用できます。

数値フィールド

Number fields allow people to provide numerical information as free-form text. This field has three formatting options:

• Number (番号)

• 通貨

• パーセンテージ

You can select the format by customizing a field.

次の点にご注意ください。

• Number fields support numbers between -1 trillion and 1 trillion (1,000,000,000,000). 

• Jira は小数点以下 3 桁以降を四捨五入します。たとえば、5.555555 は四捨五入されて 5.556 となります。 

• 値の大きな数字には指数表記を使用できます。たとえば、数値 5,000 は「5e3」と入力できます。

"数式" フィールド

"数式" フィールドを使用すると、チーム管理対象スペースの作業項目に計算されたデータを直接表示できます。たとえば、作業項目に割り当てられた予算と実際の支出の差を計算する数式を作成できます。

段落フィールド

Paragraph fields allow people to provide information as free-form text. In company-managed spaces, these are called "text field (multi-line)" or "multi-line text" fields. The field appears as a rich-text editor, allowing people to format the text with headings, bold, italic or other font treatments.

また、フィールドに入力する際に、リンク、@メンション、絵文字、情報パネルやその他のリッチテキスト コンポーネントを含められます。多数の機能を提供する十分なサイズのフィールドが提供されるため、ユーザーは詳細な情報を長文で入力できます。

段落フィールドには、最大 32,767 文字まで追加できます。

管理者は、"段落" フィールドに対して既定値を設定できます。これには、定義済みのタスクや決定事項などが含まれます。これによって、作業項目の説明と "段落" フィールドを標準化して、チーム管理対象スペース間で一貫性を保てます。​

Currently, you can only add paragraph fields to the Description section of your work types in team-managed software spaces.

ユーザー フィールド

People fields allow your team to insert people’s names from across your Jira site into a field on your work item. In company-managed spaces, these are called "user picker" fields. If you want to use names of people outside your Jira site, use the short text or labels fields instead.

カスタム ユーザー フィールドへの記入にユーザー名を使用しても、そのユーザーへの通知が Jira によって送信されることはありません。

既定では、"ユーザー" フィールドに複数の名前を挿入できます。[1 人に制限] チェックボックスを選択することで、"ユーザー" フィールドで許可されるユーザーを 1 人に制限できます。

Take care when restricting a field to a single person, especially if the field has been in use in your space. If you have work items that collected multiple people in a field and, later, you restrict that field to a single person, a few things happen:

• 新しく作成された作業項目では、フィールドで許可されるユーザーは 1 人のみになります。

• 過去に作成された作業項目で、フィールドに複数のユーザーが含まれる場合、引き続きフィールドにそれらのユーザーが関連付けられます。ただし、作業項目を編集すると、Jira はフィールドを修正してユーザーを 1 人にするよう要求します。

• 対象のフィールドを使用するボードにある「作業項目を更新するフィールド」のルールは壊れます。Jira はフィールドに自動的に入力するために最適なユーザーを判断できないため、フィールドへの入力は行われません。これらのルールを削除して再度作成することをおすすめします。

短いテキスト フィールド

"短いテキスト" フィールドでは、自由形式のテキストで情報を入力できます。企業管理対象スペースでは、これらを "テキスト フィールド (単一行)" フィールドまたは "単一行テキスト" フィールドと呼びます。このフィールドは単一行のテキスト ボックスとして表示され、ユーザーがシンプルな情報を入力できます。プレーン テキストの回答のみを取り込みます。現在、チーム管理対象ソフトウェア スペースの作業タイプの「コンテキスト」セクションには、"短いテキスト" フィールドのみを追加できます。

タイム スタンプ フィールド

"タイム スタンプ" フィールドでは、カレンダーとドロップダウン リストによる時間選択を使用して、日時情報を入力できます。企業管理対象スペースでは、これらを "日時ピッカー" フィールドと呼びます。"タイム スタンプ" フィールドには、日付を指定する欄と時間を指定する欄という、2 つの入力領域があります。

タイム トラッキング フィールド
