This page is for team-managed projects
To check whether your project is team-managed or company-managed, select More actions (•••) next to the project name in either the header or the sidebar. At the bottom of the menu that opens, your project details will be shown.
If you're in a company-managed project, check out these company-managed project articles instead.
More about the difference between company-managed and team-managed projects.
In team-managed projects, any permission or access you want to give people in your project is controlled on the Access page. Here you can add people to your project and give them a role so they can start collaborating on your team’s work.
このページには次の情報が表示されます。
The list of people who have access to your project.
The role they have in your project. Find out about managing people's roles in your project.
To view the Access page:
Next to the name of your project in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.
Select Access.
Or, access and roles can be set when you choose to Share from a view.
You can't edit project permissions or roles on the Free plan for Jira, and you can't configure work-level security on any Free plan (including Jira Service Management). Find out more about how project permissions work in Free plans. To take advantage of Jira's powerful project permission management features, upgrade your plan.
You must have the following to do the things described on this page.
Role: Administrator

Your project's access level sets the general access and role of anyone logged into your Jira site. You can fine-tune this access by adding specific people or groups to your project. Then, give these people a distinct role to control what they can do in your project.
Usually, roles grant permissions people don't inherit from your project's access level. Or, they grant stable permissions for core team members if your access level changes.

To give people or teams specific access and/or additional roles in your project:

Set the Project access.
When you enter a user or team, you can select the role in your project from the Role dropdown.
Confirm your selections to share the project with the desired people.
Set access levels in project settings
To give people or groups specific access and additional roles in your project:
Next to the name of your project in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.
Select Access, then select Add people.
名前、グループ、またはメール アドレスを入力します。
Select the person’s role in your project from the Role dropdown.
[追加] を選択します。
Jira administrators (anyone with the Administer Jira global permission) always have access to your project's settings.
People and groups can have more than one role in your project. Roles you assign in the Access page do not override the role granted by your project's access level. Instead, roles grant permissions in addition to what people inherit from your access level. Find out about setting your project’s access level.
チーム管理対象プロジェクトからユーザーを削除する
To remove someone from your project:
Next to the name of your project in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.
Select Access.

If you’ve given any site-wide groups a role in your project, you may want to double check with your Jira admin that the unwanted person doesn’t still have access through one of those groups.
Removing someone from a project doesn't remove them from Jira entirely. Jira admins and site admins can do that through your site's user management settings.
