Use the Agents dashboard

The Agents dashboard helps you understand agent adoption and compare agent-assisted work with other work in your Jira space. It includes metrics and charts for agent usage, active users, cycle time, resolved work, and other delivery outcomes.

The Agents dashboard is available with any paid Jira plan. Rovo must be enabled for your site before agent insights are available.

Space insights dashboards display data from the current Jira space. They aren’t scoped to an individual board or board filter.

View agent activity in Jira reports

Agent reports track activity through agent sessions linked to Jira work items. A session must be linked to a work item before it can appear in report.

Start an agent from a work item or connect the session to the relevant work item, then use Jira reports to understand how agents are being used across your team’s work.

Current support

There are a number of ways to link agent sessions to work items, the following methods are supported today:

Rovo Chat: Sessions are linked if a work item is attached as context.

Rovo agents: Default Rovo agents and Rovo Studio agents.

Jira coding agent: Sessions are automatically linked.

Jira automatons: Any agent that is invoked on a work item in an automation flow.

Third-party cloud coding agents:

• SmartBear

• Forge remote A2A coding agents

• Forge based Rovo agents from marketplace

Rovo Dev work-item assignments: Session linking for this experience is being introduced progressively.

If the Agents dashboard has no data

Confirm that Rovo is enabled for your site, agents have been used from work items in this space, and your selected date range includes that activity. Some delivery charts also require completed work items or completed sprints.

Agent activity can take up to 5 minutes for data to propagate and display in Jira reports. If a session is still missing later, confirm that the agent experience is listed as supported, that TWG CLI is installed for local coding agents, and that you are viewing the correct project, space, and date range.
