Set up Jira Software Cloud
Learn how to set up Jira Software Cloud and integrate it with other products and applications.
All content related to Jira Cloud Automation, previously under the Automate your Jira processes and workflows section, have moved to the new Cloud Automation docs.
You can create and customize your own dashboard to display the information you need. Only Jira admins can customize the system dashboard.
Choose the Jira icon ( or ) > Dashboards.
Click ••• and:
Create dashboard to create a blank dashboard.
Copy Dashboard to create a copy of the dashboard you're currently viewing.
Name your dashboard and add a description so your team knows when to use it.
Fill out the remaining fields and click Save.
In the Access field, if your project or group name is not listed in the dropdown, type the name so you can select it.
To change your dashboard's sharing permissions, click ••• > Rename and share.
To choose a different layout for your dashboard page (three columns instead of two, for example):
Choose the Jira icon ( or ) > Dashboards.
Choose your dashboard in the sidebar and click Edit Layout.
Select your preferred layout.
Gadgets help make the most out of your dashboard by pulling through specific information, via filters and data points.
To add, rearrange, remove, and configure gadgets, see Add and customize gadgets.
You can edit the details for your dashboard, and restrict or share with other users according to the permissions that are set.
Choose the Jira icon ( or ) > Dashboards.
Choose your dashboard in the sidebar and click more (•••) > Edit and share.
Edit the settings and click Save.
