In Advanced Roadmaps, target start dates and target end dates are independent from local timezone settings. However, in Jira Software, due dates and custom dates are based on the local timezone settings of the user.
This means that, if you use due dates and custom dates from as the start and end dates in your Advanced Roadmapsplan, users in different timezones will see the same values in Advanced Roadmaps and timezone-adjusted dates in Jira Software.
