Change financial year dates in your plans

By default, all plans align the financial year with the calendar year beginning in January. You can change this setting so that all plans will automatically calculate and display quarters (3 month intervals) according to your preferred financial year start and end date.

Your plans can display and break down work across quarters for any time period you nominate.

To change the financial year start date:

1. Navigate to the Jira Software admin panel using the  icon in the upper right and select Products.

2. Select Financial year from the left side navigation, then pick your start month and date.
