Set up Jira Cloud
Learn how to set up Jira Cloud and integrate it with other products and applications.
Only users with project admin permissions can create and share forms.
Give people a quick way to send work requests. You can share a form with anyone who has a Jira license or access to your Jira site. Their submitted form will be converted as a work item in your project.
Select Forms from the project view navigation.
Select a recent form, template, or Blank form.
Templates may not be available to all users.
Make your desired changes.
Select the Share icon at the top-right of the form.
Add the email addresses of the people you'd like to share your form with and select Send.
Alternatively, select Copy link and paste the link anywhere you’d like to share it.
Decide who can submit requests, there are two access levels you can select from:
Limited (default): Only users with project issue creation permission can access.
Open: Any Jira-licensed user with instance access can access.
To manage the access of your form:
Select Forms from the project view navigation.
Open the form you’d like to edit.
Select the Access icon.
Select Limited or Open.
Alternatively, you can manage the access by selecting Share, then Limited or Open from the Access drop-down menu.
People who submit information via the form to your business project must:
Have access to the project and permission to create an issue if it is a limited access form.
Have a Jira license if it is an open access form.
