Manage issues in your calendar
Unless otherwise noted, the calendar view in software projects is the same for both company-managed and team-managed projects.
To create and edit issues, you’ll need the Create issues and Edit issues permission in the project where the issue was created.
Create an issue
To create an issue in your calendar:
Select an empty space on the date you’d like the issue scheduled. The date selected will be the issue’s due date.
Enter a summary, select the issue type, then select Create.
To create an issue that spans multiple days:
Click and drag to select multiple days. The first and last dates selected will be the issue’s start and due date.
Enter a summary, select the issue type, then select Create.
If your calendar contains issues from multiple projects, you’ll need to select which project the new issue belongs to.
View and edit issues
To view an issue in more detail in your calendar:
Select the issue you want to view or edit.
The issue detail view will open, where you can edit its description, status, assignee, and other information in more detail.
How to update an issue’s details
Delete an issue
To delete an issue, you’ll need the Delete issues permission in the project where the issue was created.
To delete an issue in your calendar:
Select the issue you’d like to delete to open the issue detail view.
Select more actions (•••) > Delete.
View the status category of an issue by its color
Color helps you visualize the status of issues in your calendar. An issue’s color is based on its status. The colors are categorized by your project's workflow:
Gray: To Do
Blue: In Progress
Green: Done
If an issue on the calendar is red, this means it wasn’t completed before its due date, and is now overdue.
