Edit fix versions of an issue with your keyboard

You can edit fix versions of an issue using only your keyboard via the command palette.

Create a fix version

To create a fix version with the command palette:

  1. Make sure you’re viewing an issue either in the side bar or in full screen.

  2. Open the command palette.

    1. If you’re a Mac user, press command + K to open the command palette.

    2. If you’re a windows user, press Ctrl + K to open the command palette.

  3. Search for the command Add fix versions or Edit fix versions if your issue already has fix versions.

  4. Enter a name for the fix version and select Create new version.

Add or edit a fix version

To add or edit a fix version with the command palette:

  1. Make sure you’re viewing an issue either in the side bar or in full screen.

  2. Open the command palette.

    1. If you’re a Mac user, press command + K to open the command palette.

    2. If you’re a windows user, press Ctrl + K to open the command palette.

  3. Search for the command Add fix versions, or Edit fix versions if your issue already has fix versions.

  4. Search for the fix version you’d like to add to the issue or locate it in the dropdown list, then select enter on your keyboard.

Remove a fix version

To remove a fix version with the command palette:

  1. Make sure you’re viewing an issue either in the side bar or in full screen.

  2. Open the command palette.

    1. If you’re a Mac user, press command + K to open the command palette.

    2. If you’re a windows user, press Ctrl + K to open the command palette.

  3. Search for the command Edit fix versions.

  4. Locate the fix version you want to remove in the dropdown list, then select enter on your keyboard.
