Add a status to an existing transition in your work type’s workflow

If you want different ways of reaching a particular status with the same transition, you can add more From statuses to an existing transition.

Example

Your team might have a standard workflow with these statuses:

To doIn progressIn reviewDone

There’s a transition from In reviewDone named Complete work that your team wants to use to go from In progressDone as well. To do this, you can add the In progress status to the Complete work transition.

The transition named Complete work will now look like this: (In progress, In review) → Done.
