'Issue' is changing to 'work item'. You might notice some inconsistencies while this big change takes place.

Create a chart showing data from your work items

Using charts to visualize data in Jira can give you fast insights about your team’s work, helping you make decisions, progress individual items, and spot potential problems quickly.

Create a chart

You can create a chart from the All work tab in your Jira Cloud project:

  1. Select All work to view your team’s work items.

  2. Select More actions (), then View work items as a chart.

  3. In the dropdown, select the column you’d like to see in a chart.

  4. Select your preferred chart type.

The chart will show all the filtered work items from your current settings in the All work tab. For example, if you've filtered the list of work items to show “Done” items, and then you create a chart based on the “Assignees” column, the chart will show the number of “Done” work items belonging to each assignee.

If you can’t see a particular field in the Column dropdown, try adding it as a new column in the All work tab.
