ベロシティ レポートとは?

ベロシティ レポートには各スプリントで達成された作業量が表示され、これによって今後のスプリントでチームが実行可能な作業量を予測できるようになります。ベロシティチャートは、スプリント計画ミーティングで、チームがどのくらいの仕事に取り組めるかを決定する際に役立ちます。

ベロシティとは

Velocity is the average amount of work a scrum team completes during a sprint. In team-managed projects, this can be measured in either story points or number of work items.

レポートは複数のスプリントでの作業の予測や完了した作業を追跡するため、チームはベロシティを使用して、バックログの課題に取り組む際の作業の速度を予測できます。スプリントが多いほど、予測が正確になります。

レポートの読み方

縦軸には、ストーリーの見積もりに使用される統計情報が表示されます。横軸には、チームが最近完了したスプリントが表示されます。このデータはベロシティの計算に使用されます。

The Commitment (gray) bar for each sprint shows the total estimate of all work items in the sprint when it begins. After the sprint has started, any stories added to the sprint, or any changes made to estimates, will not be included in this total.

各スプリントの [完了] (緑) バーは、スプリント終了時の完了済見積り合計数を示します。スプリントの開始後にスコープ変更が行われた場合は、この合計に含まれます。

[平均] の線は、表示されているすべてのスプリントで完了した平均作業量を示しています。

その他の注意事項

• If the estimation feature has been enabled, your report will display using your team's story point estimates for each work item. Read more about the estimation feature.

• If estimation hasn't been enabled, your report will display using the number of work items, which means they will treat each work item as having equal weighting.

• The report does not use data from subtasks, even if your project's subtasks have their own estimates. The report will only use data from standard-level work types like story, bug, or task work items.
