Edit multiple work items

リスト ビューで複数の作業項目を編集するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Select multiple work items in the list. You can either:

   1. use the work item checkboxes,

   2. command キー (Mac) または Ctrl キー (Windows) を押しながら作業項目を選択するか、

   3. hold the Shift key to select a group of adjacent work items.

2. 編集する作業項目を選択したら、表示されるツールバーから [ 編集] を選択します。一括編集サイドバーが開きます。

3. Choose what you’d like to do with the fields shared across the selected work items by clicking into the field and making direct edits. You can also search for additional fields you may want to edit using the search bar. Some fields may require you to choose from a handful of options. The options depend on the type of field, but may include:

   1. Keep as is (変更しない) - 選択した作業項目間の該当するフィールドを変更しません。

   2. 新規追加 - 選択した作業項目間の既存の内容に新しい値を追加します。

   3. 検索して削除 - 選択した作業項目間の該当するフィールドから特定の値を削除します。

   4. すべて置換 - 選択したすべての作業項目間の該当するフィールドの既存の内容を置換します。

   5. Remove all - Remove all values from the field across the selected work items

4. 編集が完了したら、[次へ] を選択して確認画面で変更を確認します。

5. [ 確認] を選択して編集を保存します。

バックログから複数の作業項目を編集するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Select multiple work items from the backlog. You can either:

   1. use the checkboxes

   2. Ctrl (Windows) または Command (Mac) を押しながら、複数の作業項目を選択します。

   3. Shift キーを押しながら、連続する作業項目のグループを選択します。

2. 編集する作業項目を選択したら、表示されるツールバーから [ 編集] > [フィールド ] の順に選択します。一括編集サイドバーが開きます。

3. Choose what you’d like to do with the fields shared across the selected work items by clicking into the field and making direct edits. You can also search for additional fields you may want to edit using the search bar. Some fields may require you to choose from a handful of options.    1. Keep as is - Make no changes to that field across the selected work items.

   2. Add new - Add new values to what’s already there across the selected work items.

   3. Find and remove - Remove a specific value from the field across the selected work items.

   4. Replace all - Replace the existing content for that field across all selected work items.

   5. Remove all - Remove all values from the field across the selected work items.

4. 編集が完了したら、[次へ] を選択して確認画面で変更を確認します。

5. [ 確認] を選択して編集を保存します。

To edit multiple work items from the board:

1. Select multiple work items from the board. You can either:

   1. Ctrl (Windows) または Command (Mac) を押しながら、複数の作業項目を選択します。

   2. Shift キーを押しながら、連続する作業項目のグループを選択します。

2. 選択した作業項目の 1 つを右クリックまたは [その他のアクション ] (•••) > [一括変更] の順に選択します。

3. Select Edit work items and select Next.

4. 任意の必須フィールドの値を選択します。可能な場合は、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定してから [次へ] をクリックします。

5. 一括編集を確認して [確認] > [承認] の順に選択します。

作業項目検索ビューから複数の作業項目を編集するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Adjust the search criteria to show the appropriate list of work items.

2. Select More actions (•••) and choose Bulk change work items.

3. Select the work items you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.

4. Select Edit work items and select Next.

5. 任意の必須フィールドの値を選択します。可能な場合は、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定してから [次へ] をクリックします。

6. 一括編集を確認して [確認] > [承認] の順に選択します。
