Issue fields with dates and times, including Date Picker and Date Time Picker custom fields, are formatted based on your language preferences. Each user can choose their preferred language in their account settings, then issue fields will display the standard date and time format for that language. Learn more about managing your language preferences.
Date values (including Date Picker fields) are displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time zone. If you’re using post functions or automation rules, consider using a Date Time Picker custom field to cater to users spread across multiple time zones.
Here’s how your dates and times will look based on the language you choose. If your preferred language isn’t available, feel free to check the table below and change your language preference to one that suits your date and time format needs.
