View and change a work item’s security level
Work item security schemes allow Space admins to restrict access to specific work items within a space that hide sensitive information. This is different from data classifications, which apply to whole spaces.
If you don’t have the necessary permissions to manage work item security levels, you won’t be able to access this menu.
To change a work item’s security level:
Open a work item that you want to restrict.
Select Set Security level next to Watchers .
Select the security level you’d like to set.
