'Issue' is changing to 'work item'. You might notice some inconsistencies while this big change takes place.
Can't find the work item that you are looking for? This page will show you how to search for work items in Jira. Any user can search for work items, although they will only see results from projects where they can view issues (i.e. 'Browse Project' permission). In the following section, you'll learn how to run a search and use the search results.
Boards can display up to 5000 work items at a time. If your board is trying to display more than 5000 work items at once, you'll receive an error message, and be prompted to update your filters. For more information on editing your filters, see Configuring filters.
