Organize your list
Anyone with access to the project can group work items in the list view
Your grouping and sorting will only be visible to you
Your grouping will persist when navigating between views and other projects
You can group the work items in your list by certain attributes to organize and visualize work in the way that suits you best. For example, you can check high-priority tasks to see that nothing is blocked, or see individual team members' workloads at a glance.
All users are in control of how they want to view their work — so any group you create can only be seen by you. You can group your work by:
Assignee
Status
Sprint
Priority
Sprint
Story points
Category
Group work items
To group work items in the list view:
Select Group at the top-right of the list.
Select the attribute you want to group work items by.
In software projects, you can group by status, sprint, assignee, priority, and story points.
In business projects, you can group by status, priority, assignee, and category.
Clear the group
To clear the grouping:
Select Group at the top-right of the list.
Select Clear selection.
