Customize cards on your business space's board
This page is for business spaces
To check whether you’re in a business or software space, select More actions (•••) next to the space name in either the header or the sidebar. At the bottom of the menu that opens, your space details will be shown.
You can customize the cards shown on your board to see the information that’s most important to you. You can choose to see as much or as little information on the cards of your work items on the board.
You can customize the board cards to see the following fields, and any supported custom fields you’ve set up for your space:
Key
Type
Assignee
Reporter
Due date
Start date
Updated (last updated)
Subtasks (if your space has subtasks as a work type)
Priority
Labels
Created
Confluence items (if your license includes Confluence)
Linked work items
Category
Card cover
The supported custom field available are:
Short text
Date picker
Date time picker
Single select
Select List (multiple choices)
Number
People field (team-managed space only)
Single user picker (company-managed space only)
Multi user picker (company-managed space only)
To adjust what information you view for the cards on the board, you can:
On the board, select View settings.
In the Show fields section, choose what fields you’d like to be visible on your cards by enabling or disabling the field toggles. The fields of the cards will automatically adjust on your board.
Customize card covers
To add or change a work item’s card cover on the board:
Hover over a work item.
Select More actions ().
Select Select cover.
Choose a color, gradient, photo by Unsplash, or an image attachment to set it as the cover.
To hide all card covers on the entire board:
On the board, select View settings.
In the Show fields section, select (or deselect) Card cover.
