Review your writing with Content Reviewer
Use Content Reviewer to review your Confluence writing and get suggestions that can help improve clarity, grammar, tone, and readability.
You can ask Rovo to review an entire document or select a section of text.
Get Rovo’s help for pages and live docs in three ways:
In edit mode, select the review option in the pinned toolbar.
In view mode, select the review button in the bottom right corner.
In Rovo Chat, select Review my content, ask Rovo to review your writing, or use the Add Content Suggestions skill.
Rovo analyzes your writing and shows a progress bar. The full analysis can take a few minutes, but you can continue editing while it works.

When you view a suggestion or insight, Rovo will provide changes in your text and a summary. Select Details for a complete explanation.
To incorporate the suggested changes, select Accept. Rovo will make the changes shown. Or select Discard to continue without making changes.
Provide feedback on the response with the More actions (…) menu.
Suggestions
Suggestions are specific, reviewable improvements. Content reviewer connects to all of your Atlassian content to look for outdated information. It will also point out issues with wording, grammar, spelling, clarity, tone, or readability. You can accept or dismiss them one at a time.
Rovo will suggest an edit or general improvement based on the Content Reviewer agent.
