コンテンツ アイテムを移動、コピー、非表示にする
If you want to move a page, live doc, or other content items to a different space than the one it’s currently in (or move the item somewhere else in the content tree), you can move the item while editing or viewing. You can also copy or hide items. These actions require specific permissions.
リンク リダイレクト
項目を移動すると、Confluence によってその項目へのリンクが新しい場所に自動的にリダイレクトされます。Confluence 内または他の製品内で使用されている URL を手動で更新する必要はありません。
スペース内で項目を並べ替える
項目を移動しても、受信リンクはすべて維持されます。親項目を移動すると、子項目の階層全体も移動します。
項目を並べ替える方法は以下のとおりです。
スペース ホームに移動してサイドバーを展開し、コンテンツ ツリーを見つけます。
ブランチを展開して移動対象のページか項目を見つけます。
ツリー内の新しい位置に項目をドラッグします。
項目を移動する
同じスペース内で項目を移動することも、あるスペースから別のスペースに移動することもできます。
適切なスペース権限を持っていることをご確認ください
異なるスペースへのページやその他の項目の移動とは、基本的に現在のスペースで該当するページかその他の項目を削除して、移動先のスペースにページかその他の項目を追加することを意味します。そのことを念頭に置いて、次の権限を保持しているかご確認ください。

スペースに項目を追加する権限
スペースのスペース管理者であれば、ご自身がこうした権限を持っているかどうかを確認できます。また、権限がなければ付与できます。スペースの設定にアクセスすると、スペース管理者が誰なのかを確認できます。サイドバーに表示されるスペース名の横で [その他のアクション (•••)] > [スペース設定] の順に選択します。[スペースの詳細] を選択して、"管理者" フィールドを確認します。
同じスペース内で項目を移動するには、次の手順に従います。
移動対象の項目に移動します。
右上のツールバーから [] を選択して、[移動] を選びます。[移動] ダイアログ ボックスが表示されます。
Use the Browse tab if you need look at the content tree to find the new parent for your content. After moving your item, select Start over if you need to reset the content tree and try again.
[検索] タブを使用して、正確な親項目を選択します。
新しい親項目を選択した後、[移動] を選択します。
項目は、添付ファイル、コメント、子項目とともに選択した場所に移動します。
別のスペースに項目を移動するには、次の手順に従います。
移動対象の項目に移動し、項目を表示します。
Select the down carat from the breadcrumb pathway at the top-left of a page or live doc, then select Move. Or, select Move from the More actions (…) menu at the top right. The Move dialog box appears.
コンテンツ ツリーを使用して新しい親項目を検索する場合は、[参照] タブを選択します。新しい親項目の名前がわかっている場合は [検索] タブを選択します。
新しいスペースの名前を選択します。
アクセス権を持つスペースのみが表示されます。項目を新しい場所にドラッグするか、新しい親項目を選択します。
新しい親項目を選択した後、[移動] を選択します。
項目は、添付ファイル、コメント、子項目とともに選択した場所に移動します。
項目をコピーする
If you need to duplicate the content of a page, live doc, or other item, the easiest way is to copy the item.
項目をコピーするには、スペースに項目を追加する権限が必要です。追加権限がない場合、[コピー] オプションはメニューに表示されません。
項目を別のスペースにコピーするには、元のスペースとコピー先のスペースの両方に項目を追加する権限が必要です。
スペース内の項目には一意の名前を付ける必要があるため、項目をコピーすると Confluence では既定でページの名前が [originalItemName] のコピーに変更されます。コピーした後で項目の名前を変更できます。新しい項目はスペース内で一意のページ名を付けられるまで公開できません。
Copying an item duplicates all of the original item's attachments, labels, and restriction settings, but not its comments or the version history. Also, anyone who was "watching" the original item or had the original item "starred" will not automatically be set to watch the new item or have it starred.
項目をコピーする方法は以下のとおりです。
Go to the page, live doc, or other item you want to copy.
[その他のアクション] () メニューを選択します。
[コピー] を選択します。
コピー先のスペースを選択します。
コピーを作成する親項目を選択します。
[コピー] を選択します。
編集時には項目をコピーするオプションは利用できません。
階層内で項目の下にネストされている他のページや項目を含む項目をコピーする場合は、一括コピー アクションにすべての項目を含めるオプションが表示されます。基本的に、この操作ではコンテンツ ツリーのセクション全体がコピーされます。
項目とその子項目のすべてをコピーするには、次の手順に従います。
Go to the page, live doc, or other item you want to copy.

項目を非表示にする
You can hide a page or other items from the content tree by moving it to the root of the space — that is, rearranging the item in your content tree to put it at the same level as the space home page. This removes the item from your content tree so people can't find it by browsing through the tree. Hidden (and orphaned) items still show up in search results, and can be accessed if someone has the page or doc URL.
たとえば、クライアント用のスペースを作成していて記録するページがある場合は、そのページを非表示にしてスペースに保持しつつ、サイトの別の場所からリンクできます。
If you don't want anyone to find a page or doc, you don't need to hide it. Instead, you can just change the restrictions settings, archive it, or send it to the trash.
項目を非表示にする方法は以下のとおりです。
サイドバーに表示されるスペース名の横で [その他のアクション (•••)] > [スペース設定] の順に選択します。
Open the Content menuand select Reorder.
コンテンツ ツリーを開き、該当する項目をホーム ページと同じレベルに移動します。
In this example, the page "memes" is hidden in the content tree because it's at the same level as Overview.
If you do not have any incoming links, your page or live doc will be an orphan. Confluence lets you see a list of orphaned items in your space. This is useful if you're using include content macros to pull content from one piece of content onto multiple others. As you add and remove content over time, you can see which items aren't being referenced anywhere by checking Hidden content.
スペース内の孤立した項目と非表示項目を表示する方法は以下のとおりです。

Open the Content menuand select Hidden.
