Manage space access requests
When someone lands on a space they can’t view, they can select Request space access. Confluence emails a subset of the space’s admins so they can review and grant access.
Who gets the email?
Confluence selects 20% of eligible space admins (rounded up), up to five recipients.
Eligible space admins are people added directly to the space (visible in the users list) as admins (not via groups).
アクセス リクエスト
Go to the space URL or follow a link to a page in the space.
On the restricted screen, select Request space access.
You’ll see a confirmation and Confluence sends an email to space admins.
Review and grant access (space admins)
Open the email titled “[user] requested access to your space”
Select Manage request.
You’ll be taken to Space settings and the Users tab for that space.
Find the requester and grant access:
Legacy permissions: choose the specific permissions to grant.
Role-based access control (RBAC): assign a role (for example, Viewer, Contributor, or a custom role).
Select Save to apply changes.
Confluence sites use either legacy permissions or RBAC. Admins on legacy choose individual permissions. Admins on RBAC assign roles.
