Confluence 自動化の使用量

Confluence automation usage has moved from actions to automation steps, a metered feature of a flow, including triggers, conditions, actions, branches, and loops. Each time one of these components runs, it counts as one step. Step allowances are pooled at the organization level and are the sum of all automation steps across your apps. For example, your organization has 100 automation steps across your app. You have a flow that says, "When a page is created (Trigger), if it's in the 'Marketing' space (Condition), then add a label (Action 1) and send an email (Action 2)”. A single successful execution of this flow will use four steps. These steps are deducted from the 100 steps available to the entire organization.

Organization admins can track step usage at the organization level in Atlassian Administration.

To view your usage:

1. アトラシアンの管理に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Insights, then Platform usage.

3. From here you can view your available steps against your total organization level allowance.

Confluence admins can view usage:

1. Select Settings () in the top-right corner to open Confluence administration.

2. 左側のナビゲーションで [管理ツール] を探します。

3. [自動化] を選択します。

4. [Usage (使用量)] タブを選択します。

Confluence automation step allowance by plan

Organization and billing admins can set usage limits and adjust them as needed.

When you reach your usage limit with extra usage enabled:

• Organization and billing admins receive notifications at 80% and 100% usage.

• Metered features continue to run without interruption.

• Extra usage is charged on your next invoice at the end of the billing period.

If you go over your allowance, organization admins can buy a usage pack.
