Directly copy the content from a database and paste it into another database.
接続する:
Select the Templates and import option
in the
•••
(More) menu of your database. This will open the Database setup panel. Under the Connect heading, you’ll see options for connecting to Jira or Confluence.Using these options, you can import Jira issues or Confluence pages directly into your database. This will replace the current database, removing any fields and values in it.
インポートする:
Select the Templates and Import option of your database. This will open the Database setup panel.
Under the Import heading, you can upload files in CSV format.
Setting up your database structure
When using the Import option, you can either let the imported data match your pre-configured database structure, or let the imported file set your initial database structure through automatic detection of field types and headers.
If you are importing to an empty database, the imported content will replace the existing database once you upload your file.
If you are importing to a non-empty database, you’ll see an additional dialog step with three options:
Create new fields in this database: Values will be added as new fields to the right and bottom of the existing data, offering flexibility to compare the new data side-by-side with existing data or re-arrange the new data.
Add data to existing fields: Opens an additional dialog step where you can manually match columns from your CSV to existing fields in your database.
Replace the entire database: Replace all existing values and fields from your csv data.
Once you make a selection, select Confirm to apply the changes to your database.
Fine-tune imported data
If you opt to create new fields in this database or replace the entire database, the import process will automatically detect field types for numbers, tags, and Smart Links, defaulting to text.
Importing larger CSVs will result in a more accurate conversion for the tag field.
The first row of the CSV will be used as field names, using default field names for any empty values and renaming duplicates as needed.
After import, you can further modify your database structure:
Use the field settings panel to convert field types, rename your field, or otherwise change field settings.
Use copy/paste to re-arrange the data.
Delete content as you see fit.
By following these steps, you can efficiently import and integrate data into your database.
