Opsgenie の電話番号を Twilio に切り替える方法

Opsgenie-provided phone numbers for incoming call routing will no longer be supported in Jira Service Management, so you must port your numbers to your own Twilio account before your Opsgenie UI is switched off as part of your migration to Jira Service Management. If you don’t transfer your numbers before migration is finalized, you risk losing it permanently, as Atlassian will disable the incoming call routing integration and remove the number. We recommend moving your number prior to starting the migration process.

To continue using your Opsgenie phone numbers in Jira Service Management, you must first transfer ownership of the number to your own Twilio account. Read Twilio’s support document about moving Twilio phone numbers to another Twilio account.

1. Opsgenie アカウントに現在割り当てられている電話番号を確認します。

2. Twilio アカウントのセットアップと認証が終了していることを確認します。アカウントを持っていない場合は、Twilio にサインアップします。

3. Twilio アカウントの SID を調べます。これは移管リクエストで必要になります。

Twilio の規制要件を満たす

1. Review Twilio’s regulatory requirements for number transfers in your country.

Once you have your Twilio Account SID and regulatory approvals in place, contact Atlassian Support to request the transfer.

1. 移管する電話番号を指定します。

2. 移管リクエスト用に Twilio アカウントの SID を共有します。

3. アトラシアンは、リクエストを検証して所有権を確認してから、処理を進めます。

検証が終了したら、アトラシアンが代理で Twilio に移管リクエストを送信します。

Twilio で移管を承認する

アトラシアンが移管を開始すると、Twilio から所有権確認のための連絡があります。
