Opsgenie アカウントを削除する

An Opsgenie account can be deleted permanently by owners of the account, but only if Jira Service Management or Compass are not part of the same organization. This is because accounts that include these products are part of a mandatory migration to unify incident management under Jira Service Management or Compass. If your Opsgenie account is in an organization that also includes Jira Service Management or Compass, you’ll need to complete your migration first and delete your migrated destination account instead. Once migrated, your original Opsgenie account is automatically deleted 120 days after your scheduled migration date.

Once deleted, all account data will be lost and is not recoverable. Before you can delete your account, your subscription has to be cancelled first.

アトラシアンとマージされている Opsgenie アカウントを削除する方法

以下の手順に従って、アトラシアンとマージされている Opsgenie アカウントを削除してください。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [請求] を選択します。 アクティブなサブスクリプションに含まれるすべての製品が表示されます。

3. Opsgenie で、テーブルの [Actions (アクション)] 列から [Manage (管理)] を選択します。

4. [サブスクリプションの管理] にリダイレクトされた場合は、Opsgenie を探して を選択し、[削除] を実行します。

5. フィールドに「DELETE」と入力して、削除したいことを確認します。

マージされていない Opsgenie アカウントを削除する方法

Opsgenie アカウントがアトラシアンとマージされていない場合は、以下の手順に従ってください。

1. Opsgenie で、[設定] > [請求] > [サブスクリプション] に移動します

2. [アカウントの削除] で、[アカウントの削除] を選択します

3. アカウントを削除した場合の影響をすべて読み終えたら、[アカウントの削除] を選択します

4. 削除リクエストを処理する前に、承認が必要な確認メールが届きます。

削除リクエストが確認されると、48 時間後に完全な削除プロセスが開始されます。Opsgenie アカウント サービスからのお客様のデータは、30 日以内に削除されます。ただし、アカウントに保存されているデータの量によっては、削除までの時間が変更される場合があります。

削除リクエストをキャンセルする

削除リクエストは、48 時間以内であれば、Opsgenie に表示されているバナーの中のリンクから、または [設定] > [請求] > [サブスクリプション] からキャンセルできます。

削除リクエストを取り消すには [削除リクエストのキャンセル] を選択します。キャンセル リクエストが正常に実行されると、情報メッセージが表示されてバナーが消えます。

正当なビジネス要件と法的要件を順守するため、アカウント ログと顧客ログは直ちには削除されません。これらのデータは内部で保存されて、内部アクセスは制限されます。
