Opsgenie へのログイン

Before being acquired by Atlassian, all user accounts were held and managed by Opsgenie. Shortly after the acquiring process, we’ve started our works to migrate all Opsgenie accounts under an Atlassian ID to integrate with other Atlassian products and services, and to provide easier and faster access between all Atlassian products.

現在、すべてのユーザー プロファイルを Atlassian ID に移行しています。これは、共通のプラットフォームのもとで、製品間のコラボレーションを増やすことでメリットを得られる開発から始まります。この事実に基づいて、Opsgenie ユーザーには Opsgenie にログインする際のオプションがいくつかあります。

Atlassian の認証

ユーザーは Atlassian アカウントで Opsgenie にログインできます。Atlassian アカウントを使用して、単一のプラットフォームで他のすべての Atlassian 製品にアクセスできます。Opsgenie アカウント管理者が認証によるログインを選択した場合、Opsgenie ユーザーは Atlassian 資格情報を使用して Atlassian プラットフォームにアクセスし、アプリ スイッチャーから Opsgenie を選択できます。

1 - Atlassian 資格情報でのログイン

• app.opsgenie.com に移動してユーザー資格情報を入力します。または

• Atlassian Cloud 製品のいずれかに直接ログインし、アプリ スイッチャーを使用して Opsgenie に移動します。

2 - シングル サインオンでのログイン

アトラシアン シングル サインオン は、Atlassian Guard Standard (旧称 Atlassian Access ) をサブスクライブすると利用できます。これは、セキュリティ強化と一元管理を実現する企業全体のサブスクリプションで、組織で使用されているすべてのアトラシアンのクラウド製品で機能します。Opsgenie 用の アトラシアン SSO を有効にするには、Atlassian Guard Standard に登録して指示に従ってください。

1 - Opsgenie 資格情報でのログイン

2020 年 4 月 15 日以前にサインアップされたお客様は、既定で Opsgenie ログインを使用するよう設定されています。これらのユーザーは、Opsgenie サイトから Opsgenie 資格情報を使用して Opsgenie アカウントにアクセスできます。アカウント管理者は、パスワード ポリシーを設定してセキュリティを強化できます。

2 - Opsgenie SSO でのログイン
