Copy a space's user access settings
Copy permissions from one space to another to save time, prevent mistakes, and simplify setting up space access.
Requirements
This feature is for users with a Premium plan.
You must be a Confluence admin or space admin to use this feature. You must also have the Create space permission enabled if using copy space access when creating a new space. Learn more about the Confluence permissions and restrictions.
Copy the space access from another space
As a space admin, you can reuse access settings from an existing space and copy them into a new or existing space.
Copy access settings to an existing space
Go to your space that you’d like to change permissions for (not the space you want to copy permissions from).
Next to your space's name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Users.
In the top right, select More actions (•••), then Copy user access from another space.
Or, depending on your version, it’ll be called Copy space permissions and you’ll find it directly on the space permissions screen.
You can either search for a specific space or choose from your starred spaces.
Select Apply.

Select Create and choose Space from the options
Under Space access, select Copy access settings
You can either search for a specific space or choose from your starred spaces.
Select Apply.
