As a site administrator, you can control who can see user email addresses on your site.
To configure user email visibility for your Confluence Cloud site:
Select the settings wheel () in the top right corner to open site settings.
Select Security Configuration.
Select one of the options from the User email visibility dropdown:
Public: email addresses are displayed publicly.
Masked: email addresses are still displayed publicly, but masked in such a way to make it harder for spam-bots to harvest them.
Only visible to site administrators: only site administrators can see the email addresses. Note that if you select this option, you won’t be able to search for users by their email addresses (e.g., for example, in the page restrictions popup).
