Configure attachment size

Confluence Cloud gives you the option of limiting the maximum size of a single file attachment. 

To configure the maximum size allowed for an attachment:

  1. If you aren’t already there, go to your Confluence Cloud instance.

  2. Select the wheel icon () in the top-right corner to open Confluence administration.

  3. Find Settings in the left-hand navigation.

  4. Select Configuration > General configuration.

  5. Scroll down to Attachment settings.

  6. Enter your preferred maximum size (in bytes) In the Attachment maximum size field. The default is 100 megabytes, expressed as 104857600 bytes.

  7. Select Save configuration changes.
