Use the power of Atlassian Intelligence in Confluence whiteboards to summarize the content on your whiteboard, generate new ideas, and group similar content.
To summarize the content on a whiteboard:
Go to the whiteboard you would like to summarize.
Select Summarize in the top right corner.
Atlassian Intelligence will generate a summary of the page.
Create page to create a new Confluence page with the generated summary, or Copy summary to paste it anywhere.
To generate similar ideas using Atlassian Intelligence:
Select one sticky note on a whiteboard.
Select Generate similar in the sticky note toolbar.
Atlassian Intelligence will generate sticky notes with similar content.
Select Insert to put the generated sticky notes on the whiteboard. Or, copy the sticky notes to paste elsewhere.
While this new feature is currently limited to Confluence, it will be able to connect to plug-ins and access data from your other Atlassian products in order to provide its full functionality. For example, while it may only be turned on and available for use in your Confluence instance, it will be able to leverage information based on user permissions in Jira to generate sticky notes in Confluence whiteboards.
Use grouping to easily organize the content on a whiteboard.
Select more than one sticky note on a whiteboard.
Select Group similar in the sticky note toolbar.
Atlassian Intelligence will group the sticky notes. It may take a few minutes if there is a large amount of content.
Select Keep to keep the groupings on the whiteboard, select Undo to move the sticky notes back to their original place.
Atlassian Intelligence will not summarize, generate, or group if there isn’t enough content or if the content might go against Atlassian’s Acceptable Use Policy.
