What can I use Rovo for?
In Confluence Cloud, Rovo can freely generate new content and summarize or transform existing content:
The Create button: Select Create from anywhere in Confluence, then Create with Rovo to get started with AI-driven content creation.
Start new content from a natural language prompt. Just tell Rovo what you want to create, and links, images or anything else to provide context and background. Rovo will generate a preview view with drafted content that you can edit, rewrite, and then add to a Confluence space as a page, live doc, or whiteboard.
Use Rovo to create new content. Open Ask Rovo from any content and item ask for what you need. For example, you could ask Rovo to generate a list of potential product names or write an article or blog post about a new feature your team is working on.
Generate new content in context. Use the toolbar button to Ask Rovo to add new content directly into the area you’re working on. For example, you could ask Rovo to create a table with the most important browsers to test, from the information that you currently have on a page or live doc.
Show changes. Rovo tracks all changes to your content has an Undo button in the action bar on the bottom right of the editor. Select the Undo button to reverse changes Rovo makes or any changes you make.
Transform existing content. You can ask Rovo to change the tone of a comment you’re leaving for someone to be more friendly or more formal, improve the writing, fix the spelling and grammar, or even translate the reply to another language. Rovo will change your content in real time in the editor, but you can always use undo to go back to your original content.
Listen to Confluence. Rovo can provide an audio summary or read content to you.
Rovo is a powerful tool that can help your team save time and improve their productivity. Stuck getting started? Check out predefined prompts.
