スマート セクションで Jira アクションを一括で実行する

Smart sections are super-charged sections that help make your collaboration sessions more efficient. Smart sections take the effort out of making updates to Jira work items after planning sessions, helping you and your team move work forward effortlessly.

スマート セクションの作成

まず、グローバル ツールバーからセクション要素を選択して、ホワイトボードにセクションを追加します。ホワイトボードにセクションを追加したら、そのセクションを選択して要素/フローティング ツールバーを起動します。

1. [アクションを作成] ボタンを選択して設定パネルを開きます。

2. Choose a site, space, and work type from the options in the picker in order to configure an action, then fill in all the fields.

3. [保存] を選択します。

4. Start dragging Jira work items into the section to update in real-time and have this change reflected in Jira.

Note: Smart sections currently only support Jira actions, therefore only Jira work items dragged into the section will have the action applied.

スマート セクションを編集する

既存のスマート セクションを更新または変更する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. 対象のセクションを選択します。

2. [Edit action (アクションを編集)] を選択します。

3. フィールドに必要な変更を加えます。

4. [保存] を選択します。

Here you can also, select Clear action to remove the action previously configured. Actions previously applied to Jira work items already in the section will still remain.

スマート セクションを削除する

スマート セクションを削除する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. 対象のセクションを選択します。

2. Delete/Backspace を押します。

セクションを削除すると、そのコンテンツも削除されます。コンテンツを削除せずにセクションを削除する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. セクション内のすべての要素を選択します。

2. ホワイトボードの別の場所に要素をドラッグします。

3. セクションを選択して Delete/Backspace を押します。

スマート セクションで元に戻す

Performing an ‘Undo’ after moving a work item into a section will not undo the Jira action.
