When you watch or view a page, blog, or space, Confluence will email you each time someone makes changes to it. You can also subscribe to Confluence updates as described below. How much you leverage email to receive activity updates is up to you.
However, if your Confluence administrator has turned off email and push notifications, you won’t be able to make or change selections.
Email options
You can choose to be receive emails when there are updates to content you’ve watched or viewed.

You can choose to subscribe to a Daily Digest which consists of updates for content you’re watching. This includes:

For Premium and Standard customers the Daily Digest also provides updates for content that’s been recently viewed, alongside content being watched.
To edit your email settings:

If you find you’re receiving too many emails, you can quickly jump to your Confluence email settings by clicking the Update your email settings link in the email footer. You may also see an option to simply Stop watching or to Manage notifications.
If available, select the Update your email settings or other relevant link, located in the footer of the email

管理者向けの注意事項
Confluence administrators can turn email and push notifications on or off for their instance. Select the wheel icon () in the top-right corner to open Confluence administration. Then find Settings > Configuration and select Further configuration. Select Edit to make changes.
Site administrators have the ability to turn off specific emails for their entire tenant. Toggling settings to off means that no one on the Confluence instance will receive email, even if they turn it on in their personal email settings.
