Reuse and transform content in Confluence and Jira

Manage entire blocks of content on your pages and live docs, sharing them between documents and even in Jira.

The block menu puts multiple content options right where you need them. The Turn into option lets you transform a paragraph or element into a different element. For example, change a paragraph into an expand, a title into a heading, or a numbered list into bullets. You can also create a Jira work item.

With synced blocks, you can create Confluence content that you can reuse in Confluence live docs and page or in Jira. Maintain one authoritative source in Confluence and add it to other places. People can view the block wherever it appears, but editing always happens at the original Confluence source so updates stay consistent everywhere.
