前提条件

ユーザーが 10 人を超える場合、Free プランに切り替えることはできません。Free プランでは 1 サイトあたりのユーザー数が最大 10 名に制限されているためです。つまり、ダウングレードする前に余計なユーザーを削除する必要があります。

Confluence ユーザーを削除する

Confluence サイトからユーザーを削除する方法は次のとおりです。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com.

2. 概要ページで、Confluence の横にある [その他の操作 (...)] を選択します。

3. ドロップダウン メニューから、[ユーザーの管理] を選択します。

4. 削除したいユーザーを見つけて、名前の横にある [その他の操作 (...)] を選択します。

5. ドロップダウン メニューから、[停止] を選択します。このアクションにより、サイトからユーザーが削除されます。

ユーザーが 10 人以下になるまで繰り返します。

ダウングレードする方法

ダウングレードしてプランの選択を変更する方法は次のとおりです。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and select the billing tab.

2. [製品とアプリ] で Confluence を探して、[管理] を選択します。

3. [Active Subscriptions (アクティブなサブスクリプション)] で、自分の Confluence Premium サブスクリプションを見つけます。

4. [変更] を選択して、[Free] を選びます。

5. 最後に、[Confirm plan change (プラン変更を確認)] を選択して変更内容を保存する前に、利用規約に同意する必要があります。

ダウングレードによる権限への影響

When you downgrade, you’ll still have access to all of your content in Confluence. Content access will not change. As an admin, you can still grant access to restricted content (content that has been set to private), but you won't be able to create content and set it as private or restrict access.
