スペースを作成

スペースとは、共有プロジェクトやイニシアチブに関連する作業を作成、保存し、コラボレーションするための場所です。これは、チームの共同ワークスペースまたはナレッジ ベースとして考えてください。

スペースを作成するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Select Create from the navigation bar at the top of your content, then select Space.

2. スペースの名前、アイコン、目的、権限スキームを選択し、[ 次へ] を選択します。

   1. テキスト ボックスにスペースの名前を入力します。

   2. リストからアイコンを選択するか、[ もっと見る] > [画像をアップロード ] を選択してカスタム アイコンを作成します。

   3. スペースに最も適した目的を選択します (コラボレーション、 ナレッジ ベース、 またはカスタム)。

   4. スペースに適切な権限スキームを選択します (プランによっては、一部の権限スキームを利用できない場合があります)。

   5. (オプション)独自のスペース キーを選ぶには、[ スペース キーのカスタマイズ ] を選択します。

3. スペースの既定の機能を必要に応じて確認し、調整します。

4. [スペースの作成] を選択します。

どのようなスペースを作ればよいですか?

Confluence のスペースは、さまざまな目的に合うように設計されています。新しいスペースを作成する際は、チーム、プロジェクト、またはイニシアチブに適したオプションを選択することで時間を節約しましょう。

• Collaboration spaces include all the features your team needs to brainstorm and iterate on ideas quickly, like live docs, whiteboards, and databases. We’ve also included templates to help you craft the perfect project plan, document decisions, and keep effective meeting notes.

• Knowledge bases gives you the tools to create and share important, up-to-date information with your team, organization, or customers, like the ability to edit pages privately before publishing them. We’ve also included templates for how-to guides and troubleshooting articles.

これらのデフォルト機能がご自身やチームにとって関連性の低いものである場合は、 カスタム スペースで利用可能なすべての機能と設定を手動で設定することもできます。

Who is a space owner?

The person who created the space is the space owner. But ownership can be changed in Space settings. Unlike the space admin role, which can be owned by many people, there can only be one space owner at a time. However, the space owner role can be given to either a single user account or a user group.

To change the space owner:

1. Go to the space you want to change.

2. サイドバーに表示されるスペース名の横で [その他のアクション (•••)] > [スペース設定] の順に選択します。

3. Select Space details.

4. Select the Owner dropdown and search for a user or group.

5. [保存] を選択します。

Space owners or anyone in a group assigned as space owner are granted all permissions on a space.

スペース キーとは

スペース キーは、スペースの URL の一部を形成する短い一意の識別子です。デフォルトでは、Confluence が自動的に生成しますが、次の場合に限りカスタム スペース キーを作成できます。

• 一意

• 英数字のみで構成 (A-Z、0-9)

• 255 文字以下である必要があります

スペース管理者は、[スペース設定] > [スペースを管理] > [スペース詳細] の順に移動して、[スペース詳細を編集] を選択すると、既存のスペース キーを編集できます。"スペース キー" フィールドに新しい値を入力します。
