View a seasonal Recap of your work in Confluence. Celebrate the work you and your teammates have done over six months (July- December 2024)!
What’s included in your recap
We’ve included stats on the content you created and worked on, including anything you may have commented on or edited.

Your most edited pages | Pages you worked on during the 6 month period that had the most number of updates or versions. |

Silos were no match for you | A list of spaces you’ve worked in during the 6 month period. We order this list based on the number of times you’ve created or updated content in each space. |
Teamwork makes the dream work | People you collaborated with via comments or edits. |
Confluence Personality | We match you with a personality based on your activity patterns in Confluence. |
Finding your Confluence Recap
There are 2 ways to find your recap. We send a notification via email and in-app.
In your email, you should have received a link to your Confluence Recap. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
You also should have received a notification in Confluence. To learn more about in-app notifications, review this guide View your notifications.
Note: If you unsubscribe from Confluence emails, the only way to access your Recap is through the in-app notification. To receive future Recap emails, make sure you are subscribed to Confluence emails.
Who can see my Recap?
All Recaps are in draft states. Only you can see your recap until you’ve published it.
Note: If you have enabled Live Pages in your personal space, then your Recap will be published when you click the notification to view it.
What can I do with my Recap?
We encourage you to spark a conversation and share it with a friend or coworker. Publish your page to share your awesome stats and compare your Confluence personalities.
Is there a way I can see specific dates for my Recap?
The recap is only available for the second half of 2024. Keep a lookout for future versions of the Confluence Recap so you can stay in tune with all the awesome work you’ve done.
I didn’t receive a recap
To receive the Confluence Recap, the following conditions must be met:
Users must be active between July 2024 - December 2024. Active means having completed one of the following actions in Confluence during this time:
created
Viewed
Commented
The site must have at least 3 total active users to receive the Confluence Recap.
The user must have a personal space at the time the Recap is sent.
