Confluence のまとめの確認
まとめを確認する方法は 2 つあります。メールとアプリ内で通知が送信されます。
メール内に、Confluence のまとめへのリンクが記載されています。迷惑メール フォルダーも必ず確認してください。
Confluence 内でも通知が届きます。アプリ内通知の詳細については、「通知の表示」ガイドを参照してください。
注: Confluence メールの配信登録を解除した場合、まとめにアクセスする唯一の方法はアプリ内通知になります。今後のまとめメールを受け取るには、必ず Confluence メールの配信登録を行ってください。
誰がまとめを閲覧できるか
すべてのまとめはドラフト段階です。自分自身で公開しない限り、まとめを閲覧できるのは自分だけです。
まとめを使用して何ができるか
会話を始めて、友人や同僚と共有することが推奨されます。ページを公開して、優れた統計情報を共有したり、Confluence パーソナリティを比較したりできます。
特定の日付のまとめを確認する方法はあるか
The recap is only available for the calendar year of 2025. Keep a lookout for future versions of the Confluence Recap so you can stay in tune with all the awesome work you’ve done.
まとめが届かなかった場合
Confluence のまとめを受け取るには、次の条件を満たす必要があります。
Users must be active between January 2025 - December 2025. Active means having completed one of the following actions in Confluence during this time:
created
閲覧
commented
Confluence のまとめを受け取るには、サイトのアクティブ ユーザーが合計 3 人以上いる必要があります。
ユーザーは、まとめが送信される時点でパーソナル スペースを持っている必要があります。
プロからのヒント: モバイルでまとめを最適に確認できるようにするには、必ずアプリ ストアから最新バージョンの Confluence にアップデートしてください。
