Sort fields
Sorting in views
Sorting can be saved as part of a view. For more information on creating and using views, check out our page on Database views.
You can sort your database so that items show in order based on a selected field. Items can appear in ascending or descending order.
Sorting a field
Select Sort at the top of your database or the Sort option while editing a view.
Select the field that you'd like to sort by.
Select the sort type (ascending or descending).
You can add another sort by selecting the + Add sort button.
Different fields are sorted by different logic, depending on their value type.
