Set up a menu of important links on Company Hub

This feature only offered with Confluence Cloud Premium and Enterprise.

The links menu sits at the top of Company Hub, making it easy for employees to find evergreen content and important links without needing to scroll.

  1. Go to your Company Hub and select the Edit button ( icon).

  2. Type a /links menu and select the Links menu option.

  3. The configuration panel opens on the right side of the screen.

The Items tab

The configuration panel opens with Items selected. With the + New item button, you can add either a Link or a Menu that will contain a drop-down selector with a set of child links nested under it.

 

Add links to Confluence pages, Atlas goals, or any other internal or external URL.

You can use the grab handles to drag and drop links or submenus to change the order that they appear on Company Hub. You can also drag links from one menu to another.

The Styles tab

Select Styles to configure the look and feel.

Option

Description

Alignment

Choose where the links and submenus will sit along the top of the pages.

Effects

Set the links menu to be at the cop of the Company Hub or to follow the reader when they scroll. (Also known as a “sticky” navigation bar.)

Background color, border color

Customize the colors of the background and the border around it.

Border position

Select one of these options:

  • No borders

  • Borders on all four sides

  • Top and bottom only

  • Top only

  • Bottom only

Text color

Choose a text color. The color palette will notify you if your text color is difficult to read against your background color.

Highlight color

Choose a color for a selected link.
