What are my options for migrating from Opsgenie?
We've built an automated migration tool that lets you move to either Jira Service Management or Compass—both of which now include Opsgenie’s alerting and on-call capabilities. Your alerts, schedules, and policies will be migrated automatically, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal effort.

Migration options
You have two migration destinations:
Jira Service Management (for IT teams handling incidents, alerts, and service management)
Compass (for developer teams tracking components and managing on-call schedules)
Each product offers different plan options. We’ve recommended a product and plan for you based on your current Opsgenie subscription, ensuring you retain all essential features and capabilities.
Jira Service Management plans
Available in Free, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise
Best for ITSM and incident response teams
Advanced capabilities (AI-driven alert grouping, incident workflows, automation) available in Premium andEnterprise

Choosing the right migration path
Your recommended destination depends on your Opsgenie plan:

If you already have a Jira Service Management or Compass subscription, your recommended plan may differ, as we can’t downgrade an existing plan.
