End of sales and support for Opsgenie

Atlassian ended new sales of Opsgenie on June 4, 2025, and will end support on April 5, 2027. Move to Jira Service Management or Compass to continue using incident response features, now with enhanced capabilities. Read the full announcement

What are action channels?

Action channels store configurations required for Opsgenie to interact with the automation server and save time when running Opsgenie actions.

Actions

Currently, Opsgenie supports AWS Systems Manager, REST Endpoint, AWS Simple Notification Service and Opsgenie Edge Connector action channels.
